Products & prototypes
We turn fuzzy ideas into things people can actually use. We test the hard assumptions early, then carry the strongest version toward production.

02 / Capabilities
We build products, improve systems, and apply AI where it creates real leverage.
We turn fuzzy ideas into things people can actually use. We test the hard assumptions early, then carry the strongest version toward production.
We find the expensive, repetitive work hiding in an operation, redesign the workflow, and build human-supervised automation around the right data and tools.
We untangle brittle systems, stalled builds, and architectural debt—making the codebase understandable, the priorities honest, and delivery possible again.
We bring senior technical judgment without another management layer—from stack and vendor decisions to roadmaps, team systems, and pragmatic AI adoption.
03 / How the work works
We use AI across research, prototypes, implementation, testing, and documentation. Our job is to decide where it belongs, verify the output, and stand behind what ships.
If a model creates real value, we use one. If a rules engine, a cleaner workflow, or a well-designed screen solves the problem better, that is what we build.
Useful software04 / The operating loop
Find the user, constraint, data, and business decision underneath the technology request.
Build the smallest complete slice that can answer the difficult question—not merely impress in a demo.
Put it in front of the right people and evaluate behavior, quality, cost, and operational fit.
Harden what earned another investment. Change direction—or stop—when the evidence says to.
05 / Ways to engage
No indefinite discovery phase. We agree on the decision, deliverable, and exit condition before the work begins.
When the opportunity feels real but the scope is still foggy. Leave with a workflow map, technical direction, risks, and a clear build / don't-build decision.
One bounded experience built end to end: real interface, logic, data, and the integration that matters most. Something users can try—not a polished fiction.
Hands-on technical leadership and engineering judgment over time, without adding another full-time executive or a layer of delivery management.
For prototypes or codebases that cannot safely move forward. Get an honest repair, rebuild, or stop recommendation—and a path somebody can execute.
06 / Radifold Applied
We are a senior-led product and engineering practice for work that needs both invention and judgment. Clients get direct collaboration, clear technical ownership, and working software—not layers of account management.
Our range spans product strategy, full-stack delivery, cloud architecture, mobile, automation, and applied AI. We stay lean, bring in specialist depth when the work calls for it, and remain accountable for the whole system.
“Fold the complexity in. Ship something clear.”
07 / Straight answers
Not exactly. We are a product and engineering practice. Applied AI is one capability inside the work, and we remain accountable for the result.
It assists with parts of the work. We treat generated output as an untrusted draft: reviewed, tested, and evaluated in context. Architecture and final responsibility remain ours.
No. Determining that is part of the work. Sometimes AI creates unusual leverage. Sometimes ordinary software is less expensive, more reliable, and easier to own.
We stay senior-led, scope deliberately, and add or recommend specialist security, data science, design, or delivery capacity when the work requires it.
Have something stubborn?
A process everybody works around. A prototype nobody trusts. A product idea that needs experienced engineering. Let's find the smallest useful thing to build.
